Nature Challenge #30 - Weeds and Seeds

The first time we tried Challenge #30, I picked wildflowers instead of weeds! I suppose that is a matter of choice... This time we have almost followed the rules - I suppose the ferns do not fall into either category!

I think if I remember correctly, ferns are a flowerless plant in the Handbook of Nature Study....but if you apply the official definition of a "weed", you might be able to count the fern as a weed if it is growing where you don't want it to be. :)

Love the other two images....why is that seeds are so pretty?
